    After the extensive negotiations with both the city and county councils, ashcroft achieved the grant of both detailed and outline consents for the redevelopment of the site, on a phased basis, to provide a comprehensive mixed use centre anchored by a major foodstore.

    ashcroft have also been responsible for agreeing a forward sale of the foodstore, agreeing a land swap to maximise the developable area and procuring the stopping up of a public highway.
